Subscribe to WORKS

After completing the registration process by the customer, the service is billed on an annual periodic basis.

The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each year from the subscription date unless the subscriber cancels it or “Speero Saudi Information Technology” cancels it. A subscriber can cancel the renewal of his subscription through his account or by calling the “Speero Saudi Information Technology” customer support team.

The subscriber will be required to provide a valid and effective electronic payment method to process payment for the subscription. The subscriber must provide “Speero Saudi Information Technology” with complete payment information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Spiro Works systems to collect all subscription fees incurred through your account on any of these payment methods.

In the event of non-payment or renewal of the subscription for any reason, the service provider will give a period of (7 days) to the subscriber to pay. In the event of continued non-payment, the service provider has the right to cancel the subscription and the subsequent erasure of the subscriber's data and records. In addition, there is no guarantee provided by the service provider for data recovery if the subscription is resumed after that.

This subscription is exclusive to the service applicant only. The service provider has the right to terminate the subscription immediately if the subscriber transfers, resells or leases the service to any third party who, if proven, is subject to legal accountability.

You are prohibited from using the website or its content: (a) for any illegal purpose; (b) uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of harmful code that could or could be used in any way to affect the functionality or operation of the Service, any related website, other websites, or the Internet; or (c) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website or other websites. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Free trial

Speero Saudi Information Technology Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time.

“Speero Saudi Information Technology” reserves the right at any time and without notice to (1) amend the terms and conditions of the free trial offer, or (2) cancel the free trial offer without prior notice.

Change the subscription price

Speero Saudi Information Technology Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to amend subscription fees for subscriptions at any time without notice. Any change in subscription fees is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

We will not be liable to you for any modification, price change, suspension or suspension of the service.

The subscriber's continued use of the service after the change in subscription fees takes effect constitutes his agreement to pay the amended subscription fee amount.

Refund

“Speero Saudi Information Technology” may consider certain refund requests for subscriptions on a case-by-case basis and will be granted based on what “Speero Saudi Information Technology” deems appropriate.

User account

The subscriber must enter accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering for the service. Failure to do so is considered a violation of the terms, which may lead to the immediate termination of the subscriber's account.

The subscriber is responsible for protecting the password they use to access the service and for any activities or actions under their password.

The subscriber does not have the right to use the name of another person or entity as a username or is not legally available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate permission, or a name in an abusive, vulgar or obscene manner, whether in the prevailing custom or what “Saudi Speero Information Technology” considers contrary in its opinion. The service provider has the right to change the name or even cancel the subscription if any of these matters are proven.

The laws used

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

“Speero Saudi Information Technology” has the right to amend or replace these terms at any time. If the change is significant, the service provider will attempt to give reasonable advance notice to beneficiaries before any new conditions take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the service provider's own discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after such changes become effective, the subscriber agrees to be bound by the amended terms. If the subscriber does not agree to the new terms, he must stop using the service.

Disclaimers

You agree that we may from time to time remove the Service for indefinite periods or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
